Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse Level 2 - Traumatic Brain Injury Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical, Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating (Day/Evening/Night), Straight Weekends, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge as per Unit Needs Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Two Years Required License: RN License (State License ONLY) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY), PALS or PEARs Required Must-Have: Telemetry Experience, Recent Pediatric Background
Description:
Exciting opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team caring for adult and pediatric patients recovering from brain injuries, including oncologic surgery, falls, strokes, and motor vehicle injuries. This opportunity is in a brand new, state-of-the-art unit. You will offer clinical and emotional encouragement to patients and their families while they gain back independence. If you are looking for teamwork, flexibility, enthusiasm, and critical thinking, and have a strong desire to help your patients learn new skills, then you will enjoy being part of our team. Share in the satisfaction of patients and families regaining control of their lives after serious injury. Recent pediatric experience is required.
