Job Duties
- Design and develop cutting-edge video, camera, compute, and storage systems, including image sensors, processors, and high-speed digital interconnects.
- Perform full-cycle PCB design, including schematic creation, circuit review, stack-up definition, layout oversight, and validation testing.
- Research and integrate emerging camera technologies into product designs, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to debug high-speed, complex electronic systems using advanced tools like oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
- Contribute to the development of technical feasibility reports, product specifications, and compliance testing strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, sharing your expertise in hardware design and manufacturing processes.
- Partner with external suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and standards, driving innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design with a focus on video or camera systems.
- Proficiency in schematic capture, circuit design, and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
- Expertise in high-speed interfaces, including HDMI, USB, Ethernet, and MIPI.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and debug electronic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of power management ICs, DC-DC converters, and low-dropout linear voltage regulators.
- Familiarity with aerospace or military systems and related compliance standards.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading cross-discipline design reviews.
Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance. Current Secret or TS/SCI clearance is a plus.

Compensation Details
$130,000 - $200,000
