At Belvedere, you work with the best, learn with the best, and create the best software we can imagine.What You'll Do Display strong vision and leadership skills Work closely with end users to ensure a positive and engaging user experienceCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to develop solutions for trading systemsCoordinate with product managers and stakeholders to determine important projects and dividing responsibility of work among team membersRecognize system deficiencies and architectural needs to implement effective solutionsManage and support team-owned components ranging from production issues to long-term strategic planningEncourage and motivate initiatives and collaboration among membersDeliver training and mentorship ensuring the team is cross-trainedProvide hand in code to push projects forward and lead by exampleUnderstand the team’s system integration with the rest of Belvedere’s systemsHelp resolve team conflict and demonstrate respect when working with othersContinuously improve team productivity, code quality, tool and technology adoptionWhat You'll Need7+ years of front end development experience Experience in designing and architecting end-to-end software solutionsExpert in JavaScript, TypeScript and CSSExpert in ReactJs and/or other Web Libraries/FrameworksExperience with object-oriented programming languages, particularly C#, Python, and/or C++Experience integrating different backend services using REST and WebSocket interfacesStrong UI design skills with an understanding of good design principles and creating user-friendly applicationsExperience mentoring other developersBusiness application development experienceProven track record of providing constructive feedback to management and peersExcellent combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal skills$175,000 - $300,000 a yearAdditionally, certain positions at Belvedere Trading are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
