ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists with daily maintenance of turf, bunkers, landscaping, plantings and natural areas of the course.
- Performs a wide variety of golf course maintenance tasks including (but not limited to) push mowing, trimming, cup setting, changing tee markers, maintaining ball washers, raking sand bunkers, trash removal, watering and irrigation, according to established schedules.
- Operates assigned equipment such as push mowers, utility vehicles, golf carts, weed whips, and other power equipment and tools used in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Performs daily light maintenance of the clubhouse to ensure a clean atmosphere.
- Communicate project updates to Recreation Facilities Coordinator.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Skill in the use of all tools, equipment and vehicles associated with the work.
- General mechanical knowledge and ability to work with small machinery.
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions according to established procedures.
- Knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf.
- Must be able to communicate and interact with the public and co-workers in a positive manner and maintain good public relations.

- Must be able to physically perform the job duties and be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
