Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional seeking a dynamic role in the finance industry? Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is looking for a results-driven Business Development Director to join our team. This role focuses on selling our full suite of accounting, advising, and payroll services to businesses of all sizes. If you thrive in building relationships, enjoy fast-paced environments, and love helping businesses succeed, this is the role for you!
As a Business Development Director, you'll meet with 2-3 business owners daily to showcase the benefits of our services. You'll oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, setting appointments, creating and presenting proposals, and closing deals.

Compensation: Depending on experience, starting at $50,000/year, with a commission incentive when commission exceeds the annual compensation.

- Identify and engage with small to medium-sized businesses to present accounting and payroll solutions.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and aligning them with our services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in finance or a related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to uncover client needs.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and tax-related software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of your home.
