Exciting opportunity for a Sales Agronomist!!

This role involves promoting and selling chemical, seed, fertilizer, and seed treatment products while providing exceptional customer service to growers. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to support customers with research-driven recommendations and help optimize farming practices for maximum results. Sales Agronomist purpose: To grow and manage sales in assigned territory while also providing leadership and oversight for all territory activities. Sales Agronomist Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide tailored seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations to growers. Promote agronomy solutions and achieve annual sales goals. Maintain detailed records of fields, customers, and crop data. Scout fields to collect soil, seed, and plant samples for analysis. Collaborate with agronomists to stay updated on industry advancements and best practices. Create and deliver educational presentations to promote agronomy techniques. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Sales Agronomist Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field preferred. 4 years of agronomy experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of agronomy products and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems and make effective decisions

Sales Agronomist Physical &

Working condidtions:

Regularly required to stand, walk, and handle equipment. Occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds. Work in varied environments, including exposure to weather conditions and mechanical equipment. Exposure to outdoor conditions, mechanical equipment, and potential hazards. Safety is a priority, with required adherence to safety policies and training.

Sales Agronomist Compensation package:

Base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 with bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits package, including:
