Job Description TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nocturnist physician to join our hospitalist team at St. Francis- Emory Healthcare, in Columbus, Georgia. Located 2 hours south of Atlanta, Columbus is an energetic university town with a vibrant downtown area and is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine (IM) and will enjoy a traditional 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule. Hospitalists will have the opportunity to work with IM residents as a part of the community-based internal medicine residency program. It provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency medicine services, and offers the only open heart surgery program in the area. In 2017, St. Francis received a 5-star rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
