Summary

The Administrative Assistant will excel in managing multiple tasks, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression for visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of company communications
  • Support administrative projects and tasks assigned by management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities; including vendor contact and scheduling.
  • Coordinates (plans, organizes and executes) company sponsored events including holiday parties, seniority awards and other corporate events and office celebrations.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answer and redirect calls and manage company mail
  • Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma, some specialized college education or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Data Entry, organizational skills
  • People skills

Physical Demands

Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment

Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed.
