Job Description

Position: Executive Administrative Assistant

Our client has a strong history of meeting the needs of their clients and have built a strong reputation in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of their C-Suite Executives on a temporary basis.   • Provide direct support to executive leadership
  • Maintain professional executive calendars
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents and presentations
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, transportation and reservations
  • Draft/edit correspondence on behalf leadership
  • Plan department meetings including scheduling, catering, agenda preparation, transportation and registration
  • Order meeting preparation supplies
  • Answer and handle calls, correspondence and mail
Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years'previous experience providing executive level administrative support
  • Previous calendar management experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing timelines
