Head of Programming

ZZ's Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Programming to lead the creation and execution of innovative, high-caliber events and initiatives that elevate the member experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing and managing large-scale, luxury events, a deep understanding of luxury clientele, and the ability to curate exceptional programming that aligns with the club's brand and ethos. This position will work closely with ownership on the ideation of programming.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Creation & Execution: Conceptualize, design, plan, and oversee a diverse portfolio of large-scale and intimate luxury events, from galas and exclusive programming to culinary showcases and cultural engagements.
2. Strategic Programming: Develop an annual programming calendar that reflects the club's vision, enhances member engagement, and sets industry benchmarks.
3. Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance member programming that align with the ZZ’s brand.
4. Budget Management: Oversee programming budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering world-class quality and experiences.
5. Vendor Relations: Source and negotiate with top-tier vendors, performers, and service providers to deliver exceptional events.
6. Member Engagement: Work closely with the membership team to gather feedback, understand member preferences, and tailor programming to exceed expectations.
7. Brand Alignment: Ensure all events and initiatives reflect the ZZ's Club brand, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and exclusivity.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in luxury event ideation and/or planning & production, hospitality, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale events and high-profile projects.
2. Creativity & Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and deliver unique programming that resonates with an elite clientele.
3. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
4. Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring flawless event execution.
5. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with members, vendors, and staff.
6. Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Team work: Must be receptive to feedback and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, fostering a positive and constructive work environment.
