Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) - $20 to $28/ per hour

We are seeking a caring, reliable, energetic Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) who loves what they do! We are a private practice focusing on cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Reseda, CA. We pride ourselves on having a friendly team, warm work environment and wonderful patients. Providing quality patient care is our top priority.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9a-6p and Friday 9am-4pm
Job Type: Full-Time 4-5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during patient examinations and dental procedures
Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and making them comfortable
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Take X-rays, impressions, and digital images
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
Assist with inventory management and ordering dental supplies
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Educate patients on dental hygiene and preventive care
Handle administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, patient intake)
Qualifications:
Valid RDA certification and licensure in California (Unless DA)
CPR certification required
1 year experience in a dental office preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of dentrix dental software and digital radiography is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
