BSA Hospitalist Group, a team of 26 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners, is searching for a new team member. Our group of BC/BE physicians have extensive practice experience, excellent teamwork and a highly collaborative approach in serving the patients and providers throughout the Texas Panhandle and the Tri-State region.
About Your Work:
•BSA Hospital is a 450-bed acute care hospital with extensive service lines that received an A Patient Safety Rating from The LeapFrog Group in Fall 2023.
•Complete nocturnal admitting assistance provided by Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency program.
•The schedule is 7 days on/ 7 days off
•Epic EMR
•Additional Nocturnist pay incentive and Quality and Productivity bonus opportunity
Recruitment Package may include:
•Base salary + wRVU production incentive
•CME allowance
•Sign-on bonus
•Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans
