In addition, St. Charles specializes in "couplet care," which stands apart from standard maternity nursing care.Job DetailsOur Mother-Baby RNs Assess, prioritize, continuously monitor, and manage the overall care for antepartum, as well as, postpartum women, infants, and families. Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs, while encompassing family centered care during the postpartum period. This RN specializes in "couplet care" and must be able to perform the dual role of caring for both mother and her baby. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, coaching, emotional support and education.What You'll Bring Passion for Women’s Health & Maternal Child Nursing 2+ Years of acute care hospital based Registered Nurse (RN) experience Prior experience working in Obstetrics, Maternal Child (Mother- Baby), Women’s Health, or Pediatrics Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing requiredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications requiredSalary RangeUSD $59.96 - USD $59.96 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
