RN Practice Coordinator (RNPC) will oversee and lead the clinical practice of medical assistants and nurses across multiple pediatric clinics. The RNPC will provide clinical guidance, support and training ensuring best practices are upheld across assigned clinics. This role involves managing initial and ongoing competency assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organization outcomes. Additionally, the RNPC will foster a collaborative environment, support professional development, and lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards.
Salary range: 140,200-331,800 annual
Qualifications
CA RN License
BLS from AHA or ARC
BSN (MSN preferred)
Pediatric Nursing leadership experience
Ambulatory experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years nursing supervision/management
Ability to creatively integrate competing demands of an outpatient setting into a productive working environment
Skill and experience in developing Quality Improvement.
Knowledge and familiarity with the Electronic Health Records, (EPIC) preferred.
Ability to be flexible with working hours given adequate notice and in alignment with job demands.
Ability to travel to multiple clinics
