Primary Skills: CATIA (Expert), SolidWorks (Expert), 3D Simulation (Intermediate), Manufacturing Design (Advanced), Team Collaboration (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 and C2C Duration: 12 Months + (Possible extension for the right candidate) Location: Austin,TX (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $55- $60 per hoour Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Design Engineer with expertise in CATIA 3D Experience and SolidWorks to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on designing and assembling 3D components for server racks, liquid cooling systems, and power distribution, aiming to scale designs for data hall-level projects. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CATIA 3D Experience and SolidWorks to design parts, assemblies, and mechanisms optimized for manufacturability and assembly. Integrate 3D components focusing on server rack systems for seamless alignment. Develop models for liquid cooling systems, including coolant distribution manifolds, tubes, and connections. Design and optimize power distribution components, including power shelves and busbars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical and project specifications.

Must have Skills:

Proficiency in CATIA 3D Experience and SolidWorks. Strong experience in fitting and assembling 3D components. Basic understanding of liquid cooling systems and power distribution.

Desired Domain Experience: Experience in the automotive or tech industry, especially with server rack systems, liquid cooling infrastructure, and power distribution projects, is preferred.
