We're looking for a Account Executive to join our ever-evolving Data Commercialization team to help us unleash the potential of every business using Worldpay data. Are you ready to make your mark? About the team Our Data Commercialization team is an exciting new startup within broader Worldpay, driving innovation and growth with a small but mighty team with the operational support of an exceptional multinational organization. The team is in the early stages of developing novel data products for a variety of industries and use cases. Our Commercial team, and in particular our Account Executives are at the heart of it all - enabling us to provide world-class support to our existing DAAS customers and driving new opportunities as build new product. With unwavering dedication and enthusiasm, our Account Executives always finding ways for us to grow together. What you'll own Relationship Management & Customer Success: An existing book of data licensing deals with companies across Industries supporting a variety of use cases, driven by Worldpay's highly differentiated transactional data. Account Growth: Expansion opportunities with those existing customers, whether that's selling in new Worldpay data products or selling to new groups or subsidiaries of the Customer's parent organization. QBRs & Reporting: All reporting on the state of the current book, upsell and expansion opportunities. You'll also schedule and run QBRs with the Customers to ensure that they're getting the most value from our products. Cross functional coordination: Maintain strong relationships with Data Science, Product, and Marketing to ensure that existing license pipelines are meeting SLAs and that Customers are able to evaluate new data products, helping drive our product portfolio. What you bring Experience: At least 5 years of sales or account management experience at a Data-as-a-service (DAAS) organization with a proven track record of successful retention and account growth. Expertise: A strong understanding of the value of data in a variety of industries and use cases. Relationship building: A willingness to work cross-functionally with Product and Data Science to help drive adoption of new and existing data products. Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and a demonstrated ability to articulate the value of data to a variety Customer stakeholders. Education: Bachelors or higher.
