The
Business Analyst
II - Oracle R12
serves as liaison between the business community, functional users and IT; working with IT teams, external vendors and business clients to assist and resolve system problems. This role is within the Global Systems Enterprise Support Team that provides our users/customers support assistance to resolve and troubleshoot system problems throughout the company globally.
Role Responsibilities: Problem solve system issues and offer solutions to our users and customers.
Maintains up-to-date records in change management system.
Create training documentation and knowledge base articles.
Engage with external software and service providers.
Keep abreast of new technologies to identify opportunities where IT can provide value to business partners.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT or related field.
2+ years experience with Oracle Applications (Preferably PTM modules)
A blend of application knowledge, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical skills centering on Oracle EBS R12.2 and Supply Chain module is important to success.
Willing to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications: Provide metrics to track issues and requests, using appropriate dashboards, ad hoc queries, and reports.
Assist in testing, training and training plan development, user support, and development of user documentation.
Experience with a combination of Oracle EBS modules: MES, WMS, Inventory, BOM, WIP, PO, Cost Management, Quality, ASCP, and MSCA
Familiarity with customized IT solutions and key plant system bolt-on applications such as Arkieva, DSI, ShipConsole, SOTI, TA15, and Manhattan WMS
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, writing software requirements and test specifications.
Knowledge of IT project management principles including analysis, design, development, testing and production support
Familiar with Service Now and Share Point
Technical aptitude and solution architecture using standard Oracle tools and configurations.
Annual Salary Range:
$71,900 - $91,700 annually. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
