The person in this position will primarily be responsible for collaborating across departments and providing graphic support for communication and marketing materials used in print and digital platforms. This person will report to the Manager of marketing and Communications.
essential functions Work in partnership with the Marketing and Community Relations Division and business teams to design and update print and digital marketing collateral materials, including forms, flyers, and customer service documents, that support the organization's strategic objectives and are on brand. Support the formulation and pitching of creative concepts and marketing and communications campaigns to clients. Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content on time, on brand, and within budget Create videos and graphics for company websites, internal platforms, and other social sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, and LinkedIn Provide CHFA's eNews design support for distribution through Constant Contact and Outlook Design event, training, webinar, and presentation materials for in-person, digital, and remote events Assist with in-house production of marketing collateral, including printing, cutting, and inventory management Assist team with edits to digital platforms, including company website intranet and social media templates Drive visual brand consistency across digital, print, and creative material through leadership and collaboration with the graphic design team Perform research to aid in successful project execution, ensuring projects meet business objectives and maintain usability. Work in partnership with team members to maintain relationships with vendors to ensure deliverables are completed in a manner consistent with design, budget, and quality expectations established Other duties as assigned knowledge, skills and ability

experience/education
A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Design Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with print and bindery equipment, including Fiery, Canon, or similar digital printers, scoring equipment, and ream cutter Experience with signage installation methods and execution Should have experience designing professional business marketing materials for the following print and digital platforms:
Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word Social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Video creation in Powtoon and Animoto Microsoft SharePoint and other website content management systems (for example, Kentico, WordPress, and Drupal)

The person in this position will perform the essential functions of the position primarily in a hybrid office environment. Must be capable of lifting boxes and equipment up to 15 lbs.
