Overview
The Full Stack Software Developer position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities; the position is part of IT infrastructure and includes design, development, and maintenance of in-house systems and applications tailored for infrastructure and business needs. This position will collaborate with team members who are SMEs on infrastructure systems and technologies in order to develop solutions to automate tasks and create redundant, resilient, and reliable infrastructure as code (IaC) for such systems.
The Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for implementing systems and software developed internally as well as providing solutions for integrations with other software systems and applications. Pay range for the role is $110,000 to $140,000, with an annual bonus. The role can 100% remote or hybrid out of our Westlake Village, CA office.
Responsibilities • Collaborate with infrastructure SMEs to develop automated solutions for infrastructure monitoring and management, leveraging DevOps practices and tools. • Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) software using cloud providers such as AWS (CloudFormation) and Azure (Azure Resource Manager templates) • Automate workload scaling using technologies such as autoscaling and Kubernetes. • Develop and maintain backend and frontend code for purpose-built software solutions to meet business needs. • Ensure seamless integration of developed software with existing infrastructure systems and applications. • Provide Level 2/3 support for developed software and infrastructure.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in DevOps and software development • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Go, and Rust • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git) • Experience with Linux operating systems • AWS/Azure cloud experience • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
