About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Paralegal
with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing discovery processes and supporting our attorneys in various litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for an individual with hands-on paralegal experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Manage discovery in litigated cases, including drafting and responding to written discovery. Summarize discovery responses and organize critical case information. Schedule and coordinate discovery-related events, such as depositions and mediations. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review. Maintain organized case files and assist with trial preparation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively. What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong emphasis on discovery management. Familiarity with civil litigation processes and legal terminology. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
