GENERAL SUMMARY The IT Analyst will work with the development team to support releases across 40+ production websites (that include our corporate websites and brand websites across regions and on-demand hotfixes). Focus areas include processes for work break down, source code management, automate build and deployment process to dev / stage and prod environments, and ensuring environment support for non-functional aspects like performance engineering, security testing, ADA compliance etc. This is essential for us to ensure ongoing success, stability and ownership of the website ecosystem. Apart from websites, the Analyst will also need to support our ongoing Data Analytics and consumer engagement initiatives that are foundational for our future success. A successful analyst will understand the business requirements, solution direction & work with the development team to implement the solution as envisioned & help maintain the system on an ongoing basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with business to understand requirements and hand-hold business in adoption of new features. Also assist the implementation partners in realizing features and enhancements Understand requirements for ongoing customer experience improvements and campaign launches, be the voice of business for those experiences. New capital projects : The Analyst is responsible to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and documented. Work with the solutions architect to clearly understand the solution presented and help onboard business on the solution. Be the voice of business to the development team Knowledge Management: Work with our development and operational partners to ensure that knowledge is documented adequately. Follow Campbell standards. Ongoing Operational Reporting: Extract reporting requirements from business and support deployment and rollout COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE: Able to understand and surface issues/risks Able to arrive at solution options for old or new problems. Participate in solution design conversations and provide options to consider Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills in a complex technical and support environment. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Entry level with some understanding of development, QA and related responsibilities Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, not afraid to push boundaries and unwilling to accept the status-quo Ability to arrive at solutions with solid analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to document and present as required Understanding of modern development concepts Understanding of web development process and technologies, including SDLC/Waterfall and Agile methodologies with a focus on Kanban) Understanding of Tools and Technologies like Email delivery platforms, Azure Dev
