Description
Clinician Youth/IDD needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Burlington and Ocean Counties.
Clinician to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support options for clients diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The candidate must exhibit excellent therapeutic and communications skills, and be able to work collaboratively with staff, clients, CMO, and families.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes Biopsychosocial assessments/reports and IMDS strengths and needs assessments Develops comprehensive treatment and discharge plans and updates as needed Provides individual therapy if applicable Completes initial safety/soothing plan development, documentation and consultation, and conducts debriefing with youth and family Provides group therapy or family therapy if applicable Attends treatment team meetings
Position Requirements
NJ LSW actively pursuing NJ LCSW or NJ LCSW with a Minimum one year of experience working with youth with I/DD. Ability to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of clients and families.
