The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Analyst to join our team. The Product Support Analyst is responsible for working directly with customers throughout the world to facilitate and oversee engine maintenance events. Emphasis in this role is placed on monitoring and streamlining business operations, communicating with internal/external customers and developing process improvements.
Additionally, the Product Support Analyst will: Coordinate maintenance related activities by scheduling events with proper personnel, facilities, and equipment worldwide Create time line of required milestones, gather data, determine work scope, assign tasks internally/externally, follow up to ensure all parties are on task and on time, optimize resource allocation Create detailed estimates, quotes & invoices related to these activities Directly assist customers with account and payment issues as they relate to maintenance programs, contracts, purchase orders, or other related activities Routinely analyze data to monitor various business processes as well as suggest and implement process improvements that reduce cost and increase efficiency Maintain and update customer information in company ERP system and customer relations management systems. Service facility and maintenance program contract execution, clarifying and negotiating contractual requirements, quotations and invoicing Provide support, including processing related transactions and answer inquiries, in regards to engine maintenance, spare parts orders, pricing, technical publications, maintenance programs, service centers authorizations, and other Product Support items Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with 3+ years of related experience Excellent communication and customer service skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) SAP is preferred, but not required U. S. Citizenship is required Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
