Job Description:
5-8 years of Experience in software testing and leading testing engagements. Proficient in all levels of test phases with profound SAP ECC knowledge to successfully support delivery Quality implementation across all test phases. Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes. The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation. Previous work experience in Manufacturing environment is strongly desired. Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools. Experience in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest is mandatory. Experience with Neo Load is desirable Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams. Experience working in a globally dispersed team and multiple vendors is necessary. Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills.
