We are looking for a

Customer Project Manager

to join our results-driven Customer Operations department.

As a

Customer Project Manager,

you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, managing their full lifecycle by being actively involved in all phases of their journey with ThetaRay, including customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and business reviews.

The

Customer

Project Manager

will be relentlessly customer-centric while managing the needs of the business and possess excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and customer success skills. You are committed to providing an excellent, value-focused customer experience, leading by example a matrix-managed team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding and delivery projects for clients of all sizes, ensuring seamless implementation of ThetaRay solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes. Define and execute onboarding plans, including activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Actively manage project execution, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with ThetaRay's professional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact, aligning customer expectations with ThetaRay's capabilities. Ensure high customer retention through proactive engagement and solution optimization. Continuously monitor customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap and improvements. Drive customer success by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with internal teams. Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS delivery/onboarding project management, including working with diverse accounts (Banks and Fintech - a plus). Proven customer and project management skills with strong customer-facing and presentation abilities to engage executive stakeholders. Hands-on implementation experience. Strong team player who thrives in dynamic, multitasking environments. Prior experience in Fintech - advantage. BA or BS degree required. Knowledge working in the Financial sector (AML, Screening, KYC) - advantage Experience using Monday.com - advantage Positive, empathetic, and energetic, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a must. Spanish proficiency or additional languages - advantage.
