Description: The Scrum Master will act as a key liaison between agile teams, business units, and program teams, ensuring the successful implementation of assigned features and optimizing the flow of value delivery. This role involves coordinating agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and fostering continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with business partners, analysts, developers, and testers to translate requirements into actionable deliverables while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Team Coordination and Facilitation: Serve as a key liaison across business units, agile teams, and program teams. Coordinate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage team dependencies and provide visibility into team plans and progress. Coach team members on work management tools and adherence to enterprise change standards.
Delivery and Risk Management: Optimize story flow and ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end technology solutions. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Communicate feature statuses to leadership and business partners effectively.
Process Improvement and Compliance: Enable continuous improvement within the team and organization by identifying areas for optimization. Ensure requirements and designs are accurately translated into working stories and test plans/scripts. Maintain compliance with enterprise change policies and standards.
Required Skills: Strong relationship management, communication, and teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence and operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications. Thorough understanding of SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile. Proficiency in Jira and experience managing agile tools. Analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of enterprise change management processes. Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. Proficiency in Jira Align, Confluence, Octane, MS Office, and SQL.
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: Pay range:$54-$77/hour
