Are you a skilled and motivated Interventional Pain Specialist looking for a long-term partnership opportunity? Join our client's team at a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) in Lafayette, IN. We're seeking a physician passionate about advancing their expertise in interventional pain management techniques and delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert interventional pain management services, including spinal injections, nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and other advanced procedures. Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions to develop individualized treatment plans. Perform minimally invasive procedures in our ASC with a focus on safety and optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated, patient-centered treatment approaches. Educate patients and families about pain management options and procedures. Participate in follow-ups to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed. Contribute to the improvement of clinical protocols and patient care standards. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Pain Medicine. Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management (preferred). Proven experience performing advanced interventional procedures such as spinal injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation. Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to develop comprehensive, patient-focused treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care. Interest in partnership and long-term professional growth within an ASC. Active medical license in [State] or the ability to obtain one.
