Responsibilities: • Determine staging design through client consultations to aid in quick sale of the property • Promote properties by aiding in the creation of brochures and flyers that enhance the features of the properties • Research popular design trends and new developments in the industry and implement them in every design for our clients • Schedule and attend photo shoots to help ensure eye-appealing photos • Collaborate with project management on all construction/design projects in order to meet or exceed clients’ expectations • Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations • Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging • Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory • Coordinate U-haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties • Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion • Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales • Flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) based on project needs • Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging • Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos • Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations Qualifications: • Well informed on affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes • Time management and strong organizational skills are essential • License in Interior Design required; 2-3 years of Interior Design work experience preferred • Exceptional listening and communicating skills • Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles • Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces • In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE
