IT Project Management Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized IT Project Management Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and meet defined quality standards. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential in fostering teamwork and driving project success.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Assist in the creation and execution of project plans, including timelines and resource allocation Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members Agile Methodology
Facilitate Scrum meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Support the team in adhering to Agile principles and practices Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization activities Department Administration
Assist with scheduling and maintaining department rotating responsibilities Coordinate department & team-building activities or other similar events Assist with quarterly and annual preparation of advanced documentation to enable business decisions Optimize and automate manual processes wherever possible Workflow Administration
Create and manage Jira projects, issues, and workflows Configure Jira to support the team's Agile processes Oversight and on-going maintenance rotating responsibilities across multiple systems (i.e. Jira, xMatters) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Keen attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner) Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
