JOB TITLE : Lighthouse Site Supervisor (Full-Time)

Lighthouse Site Supervisor SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) LOCATION : Los Angeles, CA STATUS : Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, Non-Exempt SALARY RANGE:
$62,400 - $66,560 Annually ABOUT US: Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is the leading service provider for youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness in West Los Angeles. Founded in 2011, our agency offers trauma-informed, low barrier programs that support young people in exiting the streets and achieving stability so that they can thrive, not just survive. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Lighthouse Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a housing first, low barrier, high tolerance program providing comprehensive services and housing across 2 sites in West Los Angeles. The Site Supervisor (SS) is responsible for ensuring day-to-day workflow and productivity of the Lighthouse program and site operations. SS supervises a dynamic team of resident coordinators and a case manager, ensuring compliance and quality assurance. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and create policies, procedures, and any necessary program documents needed in alignment with the contract and scope of required services. Provide high-quality trauma-informed consultation and guidance to direct line staff. Implement programs tailored to the needs of the site and residents. Ensure compliance and quality assurance in accordance with partnership agreements, contracts, and other requirements. Manage program budget(s) and adhere to financial guidelines; tracking and monitoring program expenses regularly. Oversee daily site operations and program activities. Provide de-escalation and conflict management to residents and/or support staff. Support team to organize and facilitate events, workshops, and activities. Provide trauma-informed supervision and culturally responsive leadership to team members. Manage and monitor data entry and youth files; ensure data systems are accurate and updated. Attend all assigned internal and external meetings. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field is
preferred . 3-4 years of experience providing direct services to high-risk transitional age youth (TAY) is
required. Best practice models including: Housing First, Positive Youth Development, and Trauma-Informed Care are
required. Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to transport residents. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Physical effort/lifting, such as sedentary- up to 15-20 pounds at times.
