Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and strategic B2B Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead and enhance our B2B initiatives. This pivotal role will encompass driving demand generation, sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), and provider marketing efforts as we broaden our B2B business outreach. You will collaborate with an ambitious team dedicated to forging partnerships with health systems, Veterans Affairs (VA), provider directories, payors, and vital digital health partners. As an influential member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads, engaging enterprise partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the B2B Marketing Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact campaigns aligned with strategic objectives focused on sales enablement, demand generation, and ABM.
Design and implement a demand generation strategy that targets health systems and other key partners to enhance lead quality and revenue.
Craft tailored messaging that resonates with key decision-makers, including health plan executives, physicians, providers, and VA administrators, to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
Produce persuasive sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content to empower the sales team in relationship-building and deal closure.
Execute targeted ABM campaigns for strategic partners, optimizing engagement and conversion rates.
Organize and manage webinars, conferences, and in-person events that connect with key partners and elevate brand visibility at industry-leading gatherings.
Monitor, assess, and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Develop marketing initiatives aimed at engaging therapists and psychiatrists, increasing the adoption of our premier membership, and working in collaboration with provider teams to enhance recruitment and activation efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Enterprise team and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with a proven ability to enhance leads and pipelines.
Extensive knowledge of B2B marketing channels including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker.
Strong analytical capabilities to inform strategy, measure success, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward the achievement of business objectives.
Experience within the healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors is highly desirable, with familiarity in marketing to health plans, health systems, or payors being advantageous.
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage digital health company is preferred.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Compensation And Benefits
The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $132,000 to $165,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
