The ideal candidate will add to the growth and development of the company as we continue to expand our wee burrow. We're after someone who Has creative flair, is innovatively minded and delivers exceptional creative solutions Is excited about producing great design for our clientele Can multi-task, prioritise projects and deadlines, and respond to urgent requests Prides themselves on their skills in time management and communication Is capable of working independently and as part of a team Keeps up to date on the latest design trends and has an eye for quality and detail Fosters a fun and positive attitude, and strives to create bad to the bun designs You will have A relevant design degree qualification An outstanding portfolio that we think will work great with our agency's aesthetic Preferably 3 years of industry experience (ideally in a design agency) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge and experience with website CMS, in particular, WordPress A solid understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and design appeal Familiarity with the print and digital design process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90067
