The

Director, Development Grant Management

works with the Operations and Management team to provide operational support by leading grant management within Development activities. The Director is responsible for managing all Project Managers within the Development team and maintaining their own grant/project management portfolio. The Director will supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, ensuring successful management of programs, initiatives, and activities within the Development team. Essential Responsibilities

Oversee Grant Management for all Development activities, including: Manage projects fully as assigned. Oversight of Grant Management including planning the project scope, resource requirements, scheduling, and reporting. Staff the project: assign and monitor projects to team members, manage external consultants as required. Implementation oversight with CORE team: Execute based on project plan, manage project administration, ensure communication across teams. Controls: Write and deliver reports to Development leadership, manage budgets and financial reports. Evaluation: Oversee assessment and evaluation of projects. Office 365 or similar suites Competency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Project Management accreditation is a plus You Need

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Five+ years in sponsorship, project management, partnerships, or grants management Knowledge of the fundraising grants life cycle Five (5) years prior experience in data, analytics, or finance SALARY RANGE:
