The Opportunity
The Integrated Marketing Campaigns team is responsible for building and executing campaigns that resonate with customers, build brand loyalty, and drive business results for Adobe Digital Experience in the Americas. This dynamic team is looking for a current MBA candidate who is passionate about working across all go-to-market functions, solving complex problems, and creating actionable B2B marketing programs. With a large product portfolio and thousands of customers, it can be challenging to understand what's working, what's not, and where to spend valuable time and resources to move the needle. We want you to join our team to help us do just that.
All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.
What You'll Do
Understand the market, competitors, and our customers to identify areas of opportunity using data and research Develop a recommended strategy and tactics, building marketing programs or customer journeys to achieve measurable outcomes aligned with business goals Work cross-functionally with partners across Marketing, Sales, and other go-to-market functions to test your hypotheses and refine recommendations Create an end-to-end execution plan for your proposed strategy, including a framework to measure efficiency and impact Use these findings to create recommendations for future programs and process improvements that will benefit Digital Experience Marketing long-term What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2025 Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with work or internship experience in a marketing department, digital agency, or strategy consulting organization Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience products such as Experience Manager, Marketo Engage, Workfront, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting in corporate setting is a plus Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI with an ability to assess performance and create presentations to clearly articulate findings and recommendations Ability to develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from key collaborators Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build partnerships at all levels High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
