Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to creating innovative, scalable, and high-performance solutions. As a key member of a high-functioning Scrum team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing the next-generation user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work across the stack, using modern front-end and back-end technologies to deliver robust and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement web applications with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.

• Build complex, interactive user experiences using JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and design patterns.

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like SASS or Lint.

• Create efficient, cross-browser layouts and components, ensuring optimal web performance using techniques like lazy loading and sprites.

• Work with RESTful APIs and other web services to build robust backend systems.

• Implement and adhere to coding standards, testing, and deployment practices, including unit and integration tests.

• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain product quality.

• Partner with distributed team members to solve technical challenges and implement new features.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to defining coding standards and best practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continual improvement of product development.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS (or similar frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.

• Strong back-end development experience, including RESTful APIs and Java.

• Solid understanding of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using design patterns.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with content management systems, E-commerce platforms, or backend frameworks like Java or .NET.

• Familiarity with enterprise-level Agile environments.

• Experience working with branded websites and large-scale applications.

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.

• Experience mentoring junior team members and establishing development best practices.
