Full-time or Part-time (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM or 1 PM–9 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable
Redeploy Driver
to provide transportation services for youth participating in our programming. This role ensures timely pick-ups and drop-offs while fostering a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for teens.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation:
Safely transport youth to and from programming, court services, and recreational activities using agency vehicles.
Scheduling:
Arrive punctually at pick-up and drop-off locations, adhering to the planned routes.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and free of safety hazards. Arrange for necessary repairs and log mileage and maintenance records.
Youth Engagement:
Build positive relationships with youth and provide support during group and recreational activities.
Team Collaboration:
Participate in supervision meetings and maintain regular communication with program managers and external partners.
Administrative Tasks:
Document mileage and maintain compliance with agency policies, including HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
Age Requirement:
Must be 25 years or older.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
At least three years of driving experience.
Experience working with at-risk youth or those involved in the juvenile justice system preferred.
Licenses:
Valid Illinois driver's license and access to an insured vehicle with a clean driving record.
Skills:
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
