Job Summary: MDM Hospitality Group (www.mdmhg.com) is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for our fast-growing company with multiple businesses including restaurants, bars, and event venues. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging to drive customer engagement, increase foot traffic and online presence, and enhance the overall dining and event experience at our establishments. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to build community and enhance customer relationships. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote seasonal menus, events, and special offers. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop promotional materials, including email newsletters, flyers, and in-store signage. Oversee digital advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns, social media ads, and collaborations with influencers. Manage 3rd party vendors such as sign makers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, etc.

Brand Management:

Ensure all content aligns with the restaurant group’s brand identity and voice. Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms and marketing materials. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Partnerships and Community Engagement:

Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to amplify marketing efforts. Coordinate community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events to strengthen local ties.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Generate reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Content Management:

Update marketing materials including banquet brochures as needed with new photos, menu changes, etc. Update websites with marketing materials, banquet and event info, menu changes, etc. as requested by leadership.

Work Environment: Hybrid role with time split between office work, on-site visits to restaurants, and remote work as needed. Availability to attend evening or weekend events as required. Job Type:
