Real Essentials, based at 4 World Trade Center in Manhattan, is a rapidly growing wholesale clothing supplier known for delivering high-quality, value-driven products. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to enhance our visual branding across digital and print platforms, playing a key role in shaping the creative direction of our marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer at Real Essentials, you'll be responsible for crafting visually appealing designs that capture the essence of our brand. You’ll create compelling graphics for our website, social media, product packaging, and other marketing materials to engage customers and drive brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Design Creation & Execution:
Create visually engaging designs for web, print, email, and social media campaigns. Develop graphics for product listings, promotional content, email marketing, and advertisements.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all channels and materials. Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, while still offering fresh and innovative ideas.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop visually compelling content for campaigns and new product launches. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create new marketing strategies.
Asset Management & Production:
Prepare design files for digital publishing and print production. Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring files are up to date and easily accessible.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and software to continuously improve design output. Proactively offer creative solutions that enhance user experience across platforms.
Requirements 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work and versatility across different media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with design best practices and the ability to optimize images for web and print. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for web-related design tasks. Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and the ability to create impactful visuals that align with marketing goals. Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and present ideas clearly. Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with opportunities for professional growth and a dynamic, creative work environment.
