The Opportunity This position works out of our Willis Tower Chicago, IL location in the BTS division. This role is within Abbott’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Education and Awareness team. Our mission is to educate Abbott users about cybersecurity risks and best practices to stay safe at work and at home. We are looking for a candidate who has creative ideas to provide cybersecurity education, reach target audiences, influence behavior change, and promote existing resources. What You’ll Work On The candidate must have strong communication skills to translate complex or technical concepts into simple, engaging terms, and tailor content for different audiences. We are looking for a creative individual who is highly motivated, curious, has great leadership skills and is able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the enterprise. Main Responsibilities: Manage the phishing simulation program including data analytics and communication activities. Track and help resolve issues from both the phishing simulation program and the Report Phish button by working with appropriate vendor and internal support teams. Analyze data from phishing results including benchmarking and providing information for the dashboard and reports to leadership teams. Be accountable for planning and engagement needed for the phishing simulation for management support and buy-in. Select relevant scenarios based on ongoing threats/incidents and execute the Proofpoint phishing program per the plan. Compile phishing results and provide relevant data analytics for user awareness level, metrics, and reporting. Oversee and manage all aspects of consequence model components including manager attestations, access reviews and other cross-team collaboration. Provide analysis for the most attacked individuals and repeat clickers by leveraging available data from Proofpoint and Unify – Living Security. Leverage the results of the data analytics for targeted phishing and provide feedback for user awareness learning to help drive behavior or cultural change. Work well with resources on other teams to provide the best phishing results and analysis. Keep up with the industry phishing programs and become familiar with other vendors/phishing programs or solutions that are available in the marketplace as well as their pros and cons. Participate in other cybersecurity and awareness or business initiative projects and complete assigned tasks through project development, integration, and implementation. Understand the basics of cybersecurity and gain more cybersecurity knowledge quickly. Manage all aspects of enterprise phishing derby and spot campaigns as requested. Recommend customized phishing programs based on industry best practices and customer goals, ensuring alignment of recommendations to the current threat landscape and the customer’s core business objectives. What You Need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of cybersecurity risks and cyber threat intelligence. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to clearly and confidently articulate a plan and obtain buy-in from senior leaders. Experience in creating and executing communication campaigns supporting employee awareness, marketing, or training. Project Management experience is a plus.
