Senior Solutions Architect (Remote)

Senior Solutions Architect We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SWIFT UI, Kotlin, Android - Native App, iOS - Native App, Web Development, React JS, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, and .NET. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance user experience. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Location: Seatac, WA (REMOTE) Responsibilities: Provide architectural guidance on the implementation of Microservices and .NET to ensure modular and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with business goals. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in Web Development with extensive experience in React JS. Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based application development. Have a deep understanding of Microservices and .NET architecture and its implementation. Show proficiency in developing native Android applications using Kotlin. Exhibit strong skills in designing and implementing native iOS applications with SWIFT UI. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Strong experience in mobile development technologies: iOS (Obj-C, Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose). Knowledgeable about CI/CD concepts and experience creating pipelines using Azure DevOps. Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 2/2/205. The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Benefits:
