The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Professionals to support information systems lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include: Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify deviations from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and support obtaining certification and accreditation of systems. Support process, analysis, coordination, security certification testing, security documentation, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, and periodic audits. Assist in implementing required government policy, make recommendations on process tailoring, and participate in process activities. Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional security requirements and safeguards. Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority. Document results of Certification and Accreditation activities and prepare system Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M). Conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed. This is an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) level opportunity. Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience is required. Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification (CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP). Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance (at a minimum). Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, a DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification, and 10 years of experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework. Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA&Ms, NIST, DIACAP, NISPOM, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and RMF package development preferred. Experience providing compliance oversight and/or management of SIPRNET enclaves is highly desired.
