Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete production lifecycle, ensuring that deadlines are met while upholding the highest quality standards for our printed materials.
Develop precise job specifications and provide detailed instructions to vendors for our print, paper, and mailing endeavors.
Manage strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular press checks and audits to ensure compliance with our quality expectations.
Handle invoicing, forecast expenses, and continuously monitor budgeting for our print, paper, and mailing programs.
Investigate and implement innovative solutions in print technology and postal options.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree.
Experience in print and paper procurement, with knowledge of postal regulations is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Willingness to travel for press checks at various printer locations.
