Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to job offers and onboarding new hires. Your goal will be to ensure that our company attracts and hires quality employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize various recruiting methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and offline methods. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Evaluate applicant resumes and profiles for relevant skills, experience, and competencies. May conduct training with hiring managers on interviewing techniques using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on interview feedback and candidate evaluations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate pre-employment processes including offer letters and background checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. May conduct new hire orientations and provide necessary information and resources. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Administer the Predictive Index and Paycor ATS site ensuring users are added and removed as necessary. May develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the talent acquisition department. Participate in employer branding initiatives and events to attract high-quality candidates. Consult and coach managers on performance management and reorganizations. Creates ad hoc reporting, graphs, and charts in relation to workforce data. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Bank's job value matrix and ensuring approval matrix is adhered to for offers and status changes. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to EEO and NMLS numbers. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience within human resources. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Familiar with social media and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn preferred. Skills:

Demonstrated personal computer skills using MS Office. Comfortable with technology and learning new software including human capital management systems (HCM) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to create formulas, graphs, and reports. Strong analytical skills to recommend policies and procedures to conform with state and federal laws and regulations and to research personnel policies and practices that will achieve Bank goals. A high degree of interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to communicate policies and procedures and relate effectively with employees. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must possess an empathic personality to articulate policies, procedures, disciplinary actions and decisions in a firm but clear and understandable manner. Adequate knowledge of both internal policies and procedures and the respective state and federal laws and regulations governing departmental functions to ensure performance of individual job duties within the proper control environment.
