Woodland Clinic Medical Group is a growing multispecialty group of 150+ clinicians, servicing the family community of Woodland, CA. The group is currently seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join our family medicine team. Experienced APPs preferred.

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning and Management:
Develop and implement patient care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies. Provide health promotion and disease prevention education. Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Consult with physicians and specialists as needed. Coordinate patient care across various settings. Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare) Completion of state mandated educational courses Pay Range $64.90 - $81.73 /hour
