Overview:
Bring IT is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on selling NetSuite implementation and related services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the US. As a mid to senior-level sales professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with an average sales cycle of 2-4 months. You have a hunter mentality and are constantly looking for ways to generate new opportunities. You'll play a key role in expanding our footprint and helping SMBs streamline their operations through the power of Oracle NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients within the SMB space, focusing on companies in need of NetSuite ERP implementation and related services. Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and closing, while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. Tailored Solutions: Partner with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs, customizing solutions that showcase the value of NetSuite ERP and our consulting services. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with internal consulting, technical, and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Territory Management: Manage and prioritize a sales territory across the United States, focusing on key industry verticals and regions. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales and prospecting activity quotas. Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting services. Experience selling ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a strong plus. Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets using a consultative approach. Familiarity with marketing-driven lead generation is an advantage. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You thrive in a "work hard, play hard" culture. Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market conditions, finding new ways to engage prospects and solve client problems. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, business processes, and SMB challenges is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex solutions in simple terms. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, NetSuite CRM, Appolo.io, and other sales enablement platforms.
