Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead design projects, develop innovative visual concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities Develop and produce graphics and illustrative material for print and digital media, including catalogs, advertisements, social media, websites, and more. Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines, identity, and project specifications. Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across various platforms and materials. Design digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, and static banner ads. Modify images, fonts, and layouts to improve quality in print and digital formats. Effectively collaborate with team members to determine needs and develop graphic direction for the concepts and specifications of assigned projects. Manage the design calendar to reflect accurate approval timelines, development schedules, deadlines, and updates. Develop printing and other production specifications and select appropriate production media and materials across design projects. Recommend improvements in creative design concepts, tools, processes, and assigned tasks to management. Advises junior designers throughout project deliverables. Write and edit basic copy. Skills

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to consistently producing high-quality work. Master of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning. Ability and desire to collaborate with a team and multiple business leaders. Effectively manage time and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

BS in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or agency environment. Catalog/Print experience. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects. Experience in fashion-related fields is beneficial. Experience with HTML/CSS coding knowledge, FIGMA is beneficial. Mac preferred.
