The Recruiting Manager for Lennar Financial Services (LFS) oversees all recruitment initiatives for LFS, focusing on building a best-in-class talent pipeline for roles in mortgage lending, title services, and insurance. The Recruiting Manager ensures strategic workforce planning, data-driven decision-making, and a seamless candidate experience aligned with Lennar's mission and values. Reporting to the corporate Talent Acquisition team, this role partners closely with senior LFS leadership and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
This position is based in Miami, FL.
Your Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across LFS business lines, focusing on critical roles in financial services such as loan officers, underwriters, title professionals, and insurance specialists.
Optimize recruiting processes and build an engaging candidate experience, enhancing the LFS employment brand.
Manage and develop a team of Recruiters, driving high performance, employee engagement, and candidate satisfaction.
Implement data-driven strategies to measure and improve metrics like Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, and Cost Per Hire, and report on these KPIs regularly.
Build and maintain robust Talent Communities to ensure a pipeline for future critical skills within LFS.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to influence and improve the recruiting process, aligning talent acquisition with business goals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Workforce Planning
Partner with LFS leadership to forecast talent needs on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Talent Management to maintain a robust talent pipeline capable of meeting immediate and long-term workforce demands.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Drive DEI initiatives within the recruitment strategy to attract diverse talent, ensuring inclusivity at every stage of the hiring process.
Foster partnerships with colleges and professional organizations to create sustainable engagement programs and expand the talent pool.
Operational Excellence
Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment strategies with Lennar’s corporate goals.
Your Toolbox
5–10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in mortgage services or related industries.
Recent experience recruiting for a range of roles, from nonexempt to leadership positions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and virtual job fairs.
Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Advanced analytical skills to drive data-informed recruitment decisions.
Proven ability to manage DEI programs and develop college engagement strategies.
Current SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment, communicate effectively, and occasionally move and carry items up to 25 lbs.
