Housing Resource Specialist
to support the Lilly Mae Program in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.

Housing Resource Specialist.
Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides safety and security of adult tenants within the apartment complex Promotes an atmosphere of wellness and recovery Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related work experience may be substituted for a degree. Required 24 hour on-call Knowledge of property maintenance, including rent collection, minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be sensitive, flexible and responsive to gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation or any other special needs as reflected in the ability to communicate with staff and/or clients.
