Are you a quick learner? Randstad has an open temporary role in Londonderry, NH. We are seeking a dedicated Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently opening, sorting, and categorizing incoming mail based on specific form types, as well as accurately entering relevant data into a specific system. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must in this role. If you are looking for temporary work from now till August 2025, please call us today! Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Hours: This role involves you working 4 days during the week from 8:30am - 5:00pm and every Saturday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. You will get one day off during the week but it will not be on Mondays. Must be flexible. Position Duration: Will start as soon as the screenings come back once you interview and accept the offer - Note: The screenings could take up to 2-3 weeks to come back before you can start working. Responsibilities

Open, sort, and classify incoming mail and documents based on specified form types

Accurately enter data from mail and documents into the company's database and tracking systems

Ensure all documents are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures

Maintain an organized and systematic approach to processing mail and data entry tasks

Address any discrepancies or issues with mail or data entries promptly

Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy

Proven experience in mail handling, sorting, and data entry roles is preferred

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, including database software

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
