Salesforce Order Management BSA: Salesforce Order Management B2C, Salesforce Commerce Cloud-B2C
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Order Management Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Order Management and related eCommerce processes, particularly in a B2C environment. This role will involve providing implementation and support for the Salesforce Order Management System, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide implementation and support for the Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) and related Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Configure, extend, test, and offer best practice advice on the Salesforce Order Management System to meet business needs. Gather requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications related to Salesforce Order Management and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. Design functional solutions, conduct functional testing, and perform integration testing for the Salesforce Order Management module. Assist with project tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and alignment with project goals. Manage and configure product catalogs, accounts, customer setups, pricing, and transaction flows for order acknowledgments, order processing, and checkout within Salesforce OMS. Understand and implement payment integrations with third-party payment processors within the Salesforce Order Management System. Knowledge of typical patching and upgrade processes for Salesforce Order Management, ensuring the system remains current and functional. Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Order Management and Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C business flows in conjunction with ERP systems, such as Oracle EBS. Work within an Agile methodology, participating in sprints and creating user stories in JIRA, while triaging support requests as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present findings to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes. Job Requirements

Must Have:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce Order Management System with related O2C business processes around Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Minimum 7+ years of experience as an eCommerce Business Systems Analyst with hands-on implementation experience on the Salesforce platform for B2C business process flows. Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, solution design, and both functional and integration testing. Strong knowledge and experience with payment integrations using third-party payment processors within Salesforce Order Management. Expertise in setting up product catalogs, accounts, customer setups, pricing, and transaction flows within Salesforce OMS for B2C operations. Familiarity with patching and upgrade processes for Salesforce Order Management. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing for Salesforce Order Management and Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C business flows, particularly with ERP systems like Oracle EBS. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story creation in JIRA and participation in sprint activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Local to the Seattle area and able to work according to client schedules and calendars. Nice to Have:
Prior experience with POS applications and a general understanding of system integrations. Knowledge of the deployment process for Salesforce Order Management Systems. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Pay Range:
$ 48.00 - $ 55.00
